Appolonia City of Light is a 2,325-acre urban development project located between Oyibi and Afienya in the Greater Accra region. This development was established and brought forth in Accra in the year 2002. Appolonia's first residential project was pioneered to the market in 2015. And the first residents of Apollonia were moved there at the end of 2016. The project was officially inaugurated by President Akuffo Addo
The City is developed by Rendeavour, one of Africas largest real estate developers. The residential development is a partnership between Rendeavour, and the Traditional leaders and dwellers of the Oyibi, Afienya community.
