Offices for rent in Accra is on the ascendency because it is Ghana’s economic and administrative hub. The central business district of Accra contains the headquarters' of the city's main banks, as well as the Ministries, where the government administration is concentrated.
Some of Accra’s hotspots for commercial activity include Osu, Spintex road, Tema and East Legon among others. However, Osu-RE located on "Oxford Street" is arguably the liveliest part of Accra and Ghana as a whole, it is the most preferred hang-out spot for tourists visiting the city. It has become a “hotbed” with people looking for every available opportunity to get a space to rent for their office or shop. This high demand has also led to a ridiculous increase in prices in the area.
