This neighbourhood is teeming with lots of businesses cutting across multiple industries: Law, Retail, Consultancy, Entertainment, Education, Beauty and Fashion, including rapper Sarkodie's store and designer Aya Morrison's atelier. Right at the Dzorwulu traffic light is also the well-known Perez International Chapel. Just about any service, a new resident may need is most likely attained in the area or close by. According to residents here, there are lots of Nigerians and Ivorians in this neighbourhood and 'Everything is too expensive in this area, from food to services and rent.' Dzorwulu is a very central neighbourhood with fast and easy access to the N1 George Bush Highway, Olusegun Obasanjo Roa,d and Abelenkpe Boulevard (which takes you to Airport Residential and Roman Ridge).

Some workers we spoke to in the neighbourhood, while very glad about the ease with which they get public transport (taxi and trotro) to and from Dzorwulu during the day, complained about getting a reasonable price from taxi drivers at dusk when it's time to go home after work.

Marvel's offers the capital's only mini golf course and also serves food with free WiFi on the side. Other middle priced eateries are Perfect Touch, Urban Taste and Peter Pan fast food.
